Aerolineas Argentinas:
There is no piece limit on checked bags but the total weight checked may not exceed 33 pounds (15 kilos). The airline will apply the following charges for excess baggage checked in:
Up to 11lbs (5kg) $60 Pesos
12 – 33lbs (6-15kg) $140 Pesos
34 – 55lbs (16-25kg) $300 Pesos
56lbs or more (26kg) $12 Pesos per excess Kilo
One carry on piece of up to 11 pounds (5kg) + a personal item is also permitted.
You are permitted 2 checked bags that can weigh up to 50 pounds in total. The airline will charge a flat fee depending on the destination between $30 and $40USD for checked bags exceeding 50 pounds in total and weighing up to 70 pounds in total. Each extra bag checked will also incur a fee of $60 to $80 USD depending on the destination.
One carry on piece of up to 17 pounds (8kg) + a personal item is also permitted.
