reservation process that is well communicated from before you make
your reservation request up through the start of your adventure. |

Confirmation |
| Within 1
business day of receiving your reservation request, we'll confirm
your desired trip details and send you our Member Information &
Payment forms containing important information for you to complete
and return to our offices. |

| 3.
Member Information Package & Payment |
| The Member
Information Package includes four sections: (1) Member and Travel
Information; (2) Terms and Conditions; (3) International flight arrival
and departure information and (4) a payment authorization form. Please
remember that the package information should be returned to our offices
at least 90 days prior to your trip start date. In the event that you
request a reservation less than 90 days from your trip start date,
forms should be returned within 3 business days of receiving your
reservation request confirmation. |

Travel Planner |
|
Thirty
days prior to your trip start date, you'll receive our Travel Planner
containing valuable trip preparation material including:
• Daily itineraries with lodging
and flight details
• Specific rendezvous instructions for your arrival to Buenos
Aires
• Argentina travel tips
• Recommended packing list
• Maps and city information
• Final Invoice

Custom
Luxury Adventures
The process for our Custom Luxury Adventures is exactly the same
as for our Private Adventures once your reservation request is made.
The only difference is that prior to your reservation, there is
an exchange between you and our trip specialists as we attempt to
fulfill your needs to create your ideal vacation. We'll then send
you a detailed trip quote which will be the source of your reservation. |
