Reservations   |
 |
Reservation requests can be made
online or by completing our 
Trip Reservation
form form and emailing, faxing or mailing it to our offices. Within
one business day of your reservation request, we will send you confirmation
of your trip details and member information & payment forms to
be completed and returned to our offices.. Your reservation
is not confirmed until your payment has been received and processed.

| Payment Schedule
|

| All Trips |
|
| • Balance
: Balance of total trip cost due 90 days prior to trip start
date. |
| Trips reserved 90 days or less
from the trip start date must be paid in full 3 business days from
receipt of your member information and payment forms. |
| We accept checks or major
credit cards. Credit card payments may be made by emailing, faxing
or mailing a payment authorization form to our offices. The Payment
Authorization form is included in your Member Information Package
sent to you 1 business day after your reservation request. If paying
by check, please make payable to Argentina Adventure and mail to: |

Some trips vary slightly, so please refer to the detailed trip itinerary

Accommodations
|
|
| Prices on
all of our adventures are based on double occupancy. For travelers
who select single accommodations, the applicable single supplement
charge will be added to the price of your trip. There is no extra
charge if available triple accommodations are chosen. |

Cancellations, Transfers and Refunds
|
|
Our cancellation,
transfer and refund policy was created to minimize fees and offer
our members flexibility while having to factor in cancellation clauses
we must honor withour suppliers. For best protection, you should
consider including cancellation and interruption coverage as part
of the independent travel insurance we suggest you purchase prior
to your trip. |
| Cancellations

| Should you
need to cancel your trip, the following fees will apply when we receive
written notice of your trip cancellation: |

| We reserve
the right to cancel any trip for reasons of force majeure (such as
war, civil or political unrest & other similar conditions outside
of our control). In these instances, Argentina Adventure will contact
you with as much advanced notice as reasonably possible but certainly
within 48 hours of its having made its decision to cancel a trip.
You will have the option of selecting another trip start date within
the following 12 months of your originally planned trip start date
and paying or being refunded any differences in trip costs or can
elect a full refund for all costs paid to Argentina Adventure.
Argentina Adventure is not responsible for any additional expenses
incurred by members preparing for their trip such as international
airfare, clothing and equipment purchased, nor for any other compensation.

| Transfers
|
| You may
transfer your reservation to another start date within 12 months of
your reserved trip by paying or being refunded any applicable difference
in trip costs if the request is received at least 90 days prior to
the trip start date. If the transfer request is received less than
90 days prior to the trip start date, our stated cancellation fees
above will apply. |

Refunds
As a member on one of our trips you always have the option
to not participate in daily activities and to spend time at your
own leisure if you wish, but please be aware that Argentina Adventure
does not offer partial refunds for any unused portion of your trip
including accommodations, flights, activities or other services
offered. |

Physical Health and Fitness
|
|
| Our trips
are designed for people of reasonably good health and fitness levels.
Signing up for a trip that is beyond your physical capacities will
only hinder your experience and could potentially harm you. We provide
an activity level rating on each of our trips along with definitions
for our rating system. Please make sure you are comfortable with
your trip's activity level as the trip host reserves the right to
retain you during any portion of the trip if he or she feels that
your participation will jeopardize yourself or others. |

Changes to Itineraries
|
|
| Although
we will do our best to keep the itinerary scheduled, it is subject
to change in cases of flight availability, cancellations, delays;
hotel availability, weather necessities, and other factors beyond
our control that may affect travelers' safety or significantly diminish
your ability to enjoy the activity. In the event of an itinerary
change, we will select accommodations, transportation and activities
comparable to those of the originally scheduled itinerary. |

Client Information and Travel Documents
|
|
| You will
be responsible for providing correct information regarding personal
details submitted to Argentina Adventure and will also be responsible
for having a valid passport with you while you travel. |

|
Baggage
|
|
| Argentina
Adventure assumes no liability in the event that baggage is lost or
damaged in transit to and from our trips, or during our trips. Argentina
Adventure will also not be responsible for any costs associated with
excess baggage fees. |
| |
|
Trip Cost Fluctuations
|
|
| Land
costs on our trips are based on supplier pricing and exchange rates
at time of publishing. On rare occasions,increases due to fluctuations
in exchange rates or costs of services may require us to increase
the price of our trips without prior notice. In the event we cannot
absorb cost increases we are faced with, we will do our best to
notify you 60 days prior to the trip departure date. In-land flight
costs are subject to change until the reservation has been paid
in full. |

Travel Insurance
|
|
| We strongly
recommend that you purchase independent travel insurance in the
event of unforeseen circumstances. Argentina Adventure does
not provide trip-related insurance and you acknowledge that you
are solely responsible for procuring sufficient personal travel,
medical, emergency evacuation and other trip-related insurance .
